Academies4Ukraine
Academies4Ukraine project – Strengthen Higher Education resilience in Ukraine and European Union. Academies4Ukraine Erasmus project (KA220-HED – Cooperation partnerships in higher education). The project is financed by the National Agency Erasmus+ Indire in Italy.

The project unites, in addition to Odesa National University of Technology, two more Ukrainian universities Uman State Pedagogical University named after Pavlo Tychyna, Kherson State University and two foreign ones: University of Helsinki (Finland) and RTU – Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Latvia). The main partner is i-strategies (Italy). The project implementation period is 36 months from October 2023 to September 2026.
The implementation of the project involves three stages:
– creation and distribution of the documentary film “Stories of Academic Resilience from Ukraine”;
– exchange of the best experience of psychological support of displaced students of Ukrainian universities;
– publication of the digital manual “How to implement the university program of psychological support for students”.
On November 23, 2023, the kick-off meeting of the “Academies4Ukraine” project of the Erasmus+ program (direction KA220-HED-Cooperation projects in the field of higher education), which Odesa National University of Technology is honored to be a participant of, took place in Ofida, Italy. The coordinator from ONTU L.V. Fihurska took part in the meeting.
During the visit, material was collected and interviews were recorded, which will become part of the documentary film “Stories of Academic Resilience from Ukraine”.
