(Credit Academic Mobility) in ISA Lille (France) under the Erasmus + program

Odessa National Academy of Food Technologies is a partner of the project of the Erasmus + CA1 – International Credit Mobility program with ISA Lille (France), which is funded by the European Union and the Erasmus + Agency in France.

Under the terms of the project, students ONAFT have the opportunity to study at ISA Lille for 9 months in 2019/2020. year
The selection of candidates is carried out according to:
– Regulations on the procedure for the implementation of the right to academic mobility by participants in the educational process of the Odessa National Academy of Food Technologies (Order ONAFT dated 11.11.2017 p. No. 342-01)

Candidates must meet the following requirements:
– To be a student of ONAFT educational degree “Master” (at the time of departure) in the above specialties;
– speak English
The winners of the competition will be paid a monthly stipend and will reimburse travel expenses at the expense of the project.
For that individual grant, it is necessary to submit the following documents in ENGLISH until April 15, 2019 (inclusive):
● Application Form
● CV (Europass format)
● photocopy of foreign passport;
● statement of grades and credits for each subject (Transcript of Records), certified by the dean’s office and in the Department of International Relations and Academic Mobility.
● Certificate of confirmation of knowledge of the English language not below level B2 (preference will be given to official certificates such as FCE, TOEFL, IELTS).
● letter of motivation (maximum size – 1 A4 page)

Any documents sent after the deadline will not be accepted for consideration.

* Please note that each participant independently covers insurance costs and costs associated with obtaining a residence permit in the host country during mobility. The selection of students nominated for participation in the mobility program will be carried out in accordance with the following criteria in accordance with the following criteria in accordance with the requirements of the Federation of Agricultural Universities and the Competition Commission of ONAFT:
1 CV, experience in former academic mobility – 10 points
2. Certificate of learning success – 30 points
3. motivation letter 15 points
4. Letter of recommendation and social (scientific) activity -10 points
5. Level of knowledge of a foreign language – 35 points
Attention! The main criterion is academic achievement. However, with equivalent academic achievements, preference will be given to candidates with less prosperous socio-economic conditions.
Enrollment procedure The Department of International Relations and Academic Mobility of the CMS ONAFT informs the participants about the results of the competition. Preference will be given to students who have not yet participated in the Erasmus + mobility program.
Based on the selection criteria (for each individual item of the criteria, the participant receives points), a rating list of the strongest candidates is formed in descending order, which allows you to subsequently create a list of nominated candidates for participation in the mobility program and a reserve list. The Department of International Relations and Academic Mobility of the CMS sends a list of nominees to the university, which accepts participants of mobility within the framework of the Erasmus + program. The final decision on whether or not to accept nominated candidates is made by the host country. In case of refusal to participate in the nominated person’s mobility program, participants from the reserve list are submitted to the host university for consideration, according to the order of priority in the rating list
