The overall objective of VINTA is to tackle entrenched gender disparities in the brewing, distilling, and winemaking through structured VET training, mentorship, research, and industry collaboration, VINTA will create flexible learning pathways, foster professional networks, and produce evidence-based insights to drive meaningful change.
Specific Objectives:
SO1: Increase gender diversity in leadership and technical roles through the Eye Opener Report and barrier reduction.
SO2: Develop a flexible VET program with three gender-sensitive pathways and an OER platform for 1,000+ learners.
SO3: Establish an EU-wide mentorship and networking system (100 experts, career roundtables, research on barriers).
SO4: Create a repository of best practices and case studies for integration into VET programs.
SO5: Develop a first-of-its-kind DEI toolkit for employers in the alcohol sector.
