According to the Erasmus+ mobility project between ONAFT and Estonian University of Life Sciences, Tartu, Estonia, the call is announced for selection of nominated persons, namely:
- One post-graduate student in the field of meat or milk technology for 5 months starting January-February 2018;
- One teacher for delivering 4 lectures in one week during the spring semester in the field of the food processing
Applicants are required to submit following documents before November 10th (all in English):
- Curriculum Vitae
- Copy of Passport
- Motivation Letter
- Only for teachers: work plan that contains the information about dates of the planned visit as well as a list of possible lecture topics.
- For students: work plan (detailed description of the planned research activities, 1-2 pages)
- Language certificate (or assessment of the language skills via Skype interview)
ONAFT will select the participants, considering following criteria:
- Sufficient English proficiency
- Previous experience in other mobility programmes (Erasmus Mundus, Tempus etc, staff with no previous experience of teaching in the EU will be more preferred).
- A preliminary contract with the prospective supervisor and his or her agreement (for students)
Prepared documents for academic mobility grants under the Erasmus + project must be provided into two forms: it should be sent to the e-mail address intl_onapt@ukr.net and also it should be provided in paper to secretary of the Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work and International Relations (A-130).
Once ONAFT has completed the pre-selection process, the nomination information shall be sent to EMÜ. The mobility coordinator in EMÜ will provide supporting documents for visa application, assist with the Mobility Agreement (staff) and Learning Agreement (students) etc. Nominated students are expected to fill in and submit their applications together with supporting documents through the online application portal Dream Apply: https://emu-exchange.dreamapply.com/
