The overall goal of VINTA is to address persistent gender disparities in brewing, distilling and winemaking through structured vocational education and training (VET), mentoring, research and industry collaboration. VINTA will create flexible learning pathways, foster professional networks and provide evidence-based insights to achieve real change.
SO1: Increase gender diversity in leadership and technical roles through the Eye Opener Report and removing barriers.
SO2: Create a flexible VET program with three gender-sensitive trajectories and an OER platform for 1,000+ participants.
SO3: Implement a European mentoring and networking system (100 experts, career events, barrier research).
SO4: Develop a repository of best practices and case studies for VET programs.
SO5: Create a unique DEI toolkit for alcohol industry employers.
